They're OK. It's a hit and miss just like any other thrift store. However, they set some clothes same price as Costco. Where Costco it would be brand new. Not everyone shops at Costco. Though what gets me is "how" they would know the clothes were a "set." Watch out. Also bought a toy and it's actually broken.

They don’t take anything for trade in anymore it seems. I had a nice very clean double stroller that I paid 300$ for two years ago and they wouldn’t take it because it had a tiny tear, that I had seen and patched. They seem to have forgotten that they are a “Used” kids store and are asking ridiculous prices for used stuff and things need to be in perfect condition. I live in Emmett and called to describe what the stroller looked like and explain about the tiny tear and they said they would take it, only for me to drive all the way in and them change their minds. This used to be a great spot to trade in gently used kids items and now I won’t even bother.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Kidz Again and stress that costumers not only consider this review, but read the others that I recently found similar to my experience. I dropped off two 33-gallon bags and a box of clothes, expecting to receive credit. However, during checkout, Lynn, one of the owners, denied any credit and falsely claimed that I had picked up my items. Upon further inquiry, it became apparent that the items were indeed in their possession. The manner in which this situation was handled was not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of integrity and honesty. Furthermore, the interaction with Lynn and Rick, the co-owners, was marked by rudeness and ignorance. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and professionalism, they accused me of baseless accusations and displayed disrespectful behavior. This not only left me appalled but also raises serious questions about the integrity of their business practices. I believe in fair and transparent transactions, and my experience with this company has fallen far short of these expectations. In November, I submitted items, documented them with photos, obtained credit, and revisited a week later. I discovered that only 2 bags of clean, name-brand clothes and shoes were credited at a mere $23. Upon returning to shop, I located only 19 out of the 47 items I had initially dropped off, totaling $183 in sales. The significant disparity raises concerns about the accuracy of the credit and item handling. Lynn and Rick, As a result of this unpleasant encounter, lack of transparency and misleading practices, I am compelled to share my experience with others, and I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a patron of your business. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure the satisfaction and trust of your customers in the future.

I wish the consignment part of this business was a little more transparent. I have ton of items that I would like to take here-but I don’t trust their buying process so it’s just sitting in my garage instead. Customers pay attention to the little things-and I hope that the owners consider the past reviews regarding this topic of selling because they really are losing out on some awesome baby products they could be given the opportunity to sell if they were thought to be more trustworthy! **updated review** The owner called my a few days after leaving my review asking what was wrong with their business in regard to its transparency-I told her it would be nice if we could be told what was being taken and for how much & told her that it didn’t seem right to donate clothes if they weren’t picked up after a day. This is valid-because who knows if it’s actually being “donated” whose to say she isn’t keeping the product to sell without reimbursing the customer. She basically told me all my concerns could be addressed differently if I asked meaning - if I couldn’t pick up within a day I could let them know when I could pick them up or if I wanted to I could ask to see what was being taken by the store. I told her that if I could verify that that was accurate I would change my review-I asked if the paper we sign when trading was on the website to see; and she said yes so I figured I’d give the benefit of the doubt and look. But I said it’s never been offered and transparency is still important to customers so it should be that way across the board-not just if you ask- if anything to protect their business. Well I never found that paper online, so I never changed my review. On 8/5 I came in and figured I would come in to read the paper and bring clothes in and see if what she said was true, I asked the employee if I could pick my clothes up on Thursday and she said it was fine-so that checked out and I was happy with that because I live far. Shortly after shopping around I get a call from the owner saying that I needed to come get my bag and that I wasn’t welcome at the store because I didn’t remove/adjust my review-she stated that I had an “issue” with the store. I told her that as a business owner I think she should be able to take some criticism and not “ban” customers. I was caught off guard and continued to walk around with my 2 and 1 year old. Soon enough I see her looking for me, she called my name and I answered. She proceeded to argue with me about my review, a conversation that went absolutely NOWHERE. I told her I didn’t have an issue with her personally but I did feel like the business could be ran differently (something MANY other people can agree on). She apparently took it as a personal offense because she could not let go of the fact that I didn’t remove my review or change it. At one point I asked her what she wanted out of the conversation- “me to remove the review? Alter it?” I told her I would but that was not an ethical way to run a business. She had no answers for me just continued to argue as I’m with my two kids. As the conversation went nowhere she proceeded to take the stuff I was going to purchase with my credit out of my stroller with my kids in it. At this point I was pretty enraged. She hadn’t completely “lost” a customer up until this point, I don’t feel my review was harsh, I didn’t accuse her of anything, I just pointed out how maybe things could be different in some areas, if anything for the sake of keeping her customers from feeling like there is room for dishonestly on their part. I left feeling attacked by Lynn and that is not how reviews should be handled. Arguing in the middle of the store, with all your customers listening in on the conversation? I’m really shocked at her behavior. I had multiple shoppers approach me in the parking lot asking why that “lady” was speaking to me in such a way. I briefly explained and they were appalled- she should be completely embarrassed! photo is of her taking stuff out of my stroller! **also someone is clearly buying reviews now…What a joke

This store has really gone downhill. They use to give a decent amount for clothes and now you are lucky if you get $3-$4 for a huge bag of like new clothes. I would not recommend to anyone and their prices have gone way up. Will not be taking my stuff there anymore!

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Lying, cheating, thieving, rip-off business! They should honestly be ashamed of themselves and I would love to see this place completely shut down! I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use this business for any reason! I would have given this unethical place no stars if I could have. I couldn't feel more ripped off than I do right now. I will never again deal with Kidsz Again. I brought in 4 trash bags full of clean, stain free, folded, mostly barely used clothing along with some larger toy items. They told me they were only able to keep 19 items (out of at least 150, probably more). They offered me $16! Not only that, but they had already gotten rid of everything else, well before the 24 hour mark. I have done lots of consignment in the past and never have I ever had such a horrible experience. I will never be using or supporting this business again. Such a complete rip-off!!! Edited to add: After going back in to pick up the so called 19 items they wanted to keep, (I didn't want their money out of principle), it was abundantly obvious that they lied about my items. I am 100% sure they kept everything they claimed they "donated" and will be putting it out on the floor in time. I spent 2 hours going through everything before I gave it to them and the things I gave them were in beautiful condition. I sure hope people catch on and start reading these reviews and get this place shut down.

Love the low prices and huge selection. I always find great buys on kids clothes every time I shop here. Friendly and helpful staff. If you buy toys, look them over very carefully. I purchased a tractor for $10.00 and after leaving the store realized it was missing some parts.
